These terms govern the open surfaces of stonysintelligence.com. Partner access is governed in addition by the partner terms.
What the site is
Stonys Intelligence publishes market intelligence about the superyacht charter market: asking rates as published by charter houses and listing sites, dated, with the page they were read from; mandate chronologies; verified peer comparisons; and an index built on repeat observations. The site is operated by Stonys Intelligence, Falmouth, England (company registration details are published here once the operating entity is incorporated).
What it is not
- It is not brokerage, agency, financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to charter, buy, sell or price any vessel.
- An asking rate is not a transaction price. We report what the market publishes; we do not assert what was paid.
- We do not grade, rank or characterise any broker, agent or firm. A difference between two published figures is a fact about the information environment, not a judgement about anyone.
- The record is built from public pages read on dated captures. A figure can be withdrawn, corrected or changed by its publisher after we read it; every figure carries its date for that reason.
Accuracy and corrections
Every published figure names its source and date and can be checked against it. We measure our own error rates and publish them on the methodology page. If you believe a figure is wrong, or a page cites you in error, use the corrections and removal process; entries in the corrections register are permanent.
Use of the site
You may read the open surfaces and cite them with attribution to Stonys Intelligence and the dossier reference. You may not reproduce dossiers in whole or substantial part, build a database from the site, extract it with automated tools, remove attributions, or present our figures as your own. The record, its selection and arrangement, the dossiers and the Stonys wordmark are protected by copyright, database right and trade mark law and belong to Stonys Intelligence, Falmouth, England (company registration details are published here once the operating entity is incorporated).
Third-party content
Figures are read from pages published by charter houses and listing sites. Those pages, their text and images remain the property of their publishers. We link to them; we do not reproduce them. Builder, port and gazetteer data carry their own attributions on the pages that use them.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the site, including loss of profit, business or data, and in any event our liability to a reader of the open surfaces is limited to one hundred pounds sterling. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Dated 23 October 2026.
